Fear can linger in hidden places in your body. Sometimes it's so deep that we don't remember what caused it, but that doesn't matter. We can still find it an kick it out. One of the fastest ways to find and release fear is with Tapping. (Emotional Freedom Technique). It could be a fear of heights, fear of water, fear of leaving your house....
