So many people are discovering the vitality that comes from eliminating animal products from their diet, as well as the peace of mind when you know you are causing no harm.
I personally found that years of panic attacks disappeared when I stopped eating animals. As an energy worker I now understand that I was also consuming the fear and panic hormones of the animals I was eating. What a relief to let go of all that.
