I'd like to address some confusion about Emotions and whether or not they need/want to be 'cleared'. First of all, every emotion you experience is wonderful! Yes, even the anger and the grief and the fear. They are all part of the amazing experience of being ALIVE as humans on this wonderful planet.
If we did not experience any so called 'negative' emotions, how would we know when we were truly happy? This life is all about contrast and choices, and our human emotions guide us in making those choices.
So why 'clear emotions' if they are all so good?
In an ideal world we experience anger when we perceive a wrong. The anger is felt and allowed to move through our body - then we get on with our life. The same happens with fear or joy or anxiety. A problem arises when we hold on to that emotion - we stuff it down and it keeps coming back up like bad sushi. It festers in our body as an actual physical energy that can attract more energy of the same frequency, and, in many cases, this stuffed energy can attract pain and illness.
Why does this energy get stuck? Sometimes a very strong emotion hits us as a small child. The first time we move through it, but, if it comes again and again, it can be more than we can handle so we build a wall of stuffed emotions around our heart. At other times the emotion gets trapped during a very traumatic experience (car accident, abuse, etc) and we are incapable of dealing with it. Again we stuff it down. There is even evidence that emotional energy can be handed down in our DNA so we come into this world with an emotional 'memory' of some past trauma.
What I and others like me help you to do is RELEASE this trapped energy. We help you identify the emotions that are stuck, and help you move through them so they are released. It then becomes easier for you to handle and work through emotions that come to you in your daily life - the joyful and the not so fun.
